Short Form
Form 1040A is for those who make under $100,000 and do not need to itemize deductions. This form requires a 30 min or less appointment time.
Long Form
Long-form 1040 is for those who need to itemize their deductions. This form can handle almost any tax situation, no matter how complex. This form requires on average a 1-hour appointment.
Long Form With Rental
Long-form with a rental is the same form as a 1040, but requires additional information regarding your rental property. This requires a longer appointment time.
